TS Engineers have a range of guardrails to provide protection whilst inspecting or working at height on excavators.
Our range of guardrails are designed to be compliant with ISO2867:2011 Earth-moving machinery – Access systems. These guardrails have been designed to withstand the toughest environments – the guardrails are isolated from the machine in order to prevent fatigue due to vibration. Our guardrails are fabricated to a very high quality and can be powdercoated to the clients’ specification.
Compliant with the ISO standard, we also stress test our guardrails to ensure that they will be able to withstand the environment in which they will be working. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to ensure that any areas lacking in strength are amended before being fabricated.
